Police have revealed that this summer's "kill your call not someone else" road safety campaign has been a success.
12 people appeared in court yesterday charged with using a mobile phone whilst at the wheel, each receiving a £250 fine.
The campaign was run throughout the summer, however the police are keen to enforce the fact this is still an ongoing problem.
