An inquest was held today into the death of a forty two year old labourer from Port Erin.
Jeffrey Cameron Watterson died on Saturday 3rd April after a night out with friends in Port St Mary.
The coroner Alistair Montgomerie recorded a verdict of misadventure occuring on a background of intravenous drug abuse.
During the conclusion Mr Montgomerie commended the efforts of his friends Carl and Lousie Heaney to resusitate him and he warned about the dangers of methodone use.
