13yr old assaulted in Ramsey

Police are investigating after 2 disturbances in Ramsey resulted in a 13 yr old girl being assaulted.

The first incident took place on the pier off east quay at around 4pm on Tuesday afternoon and the second on the swingbridge a short time later.

Police are appealing for any witnesses to come forward especially a lady who intervened to help the young girl on the swingbridge.

Anyone who witnessed the assault or believes they may have information that would help the enquiry are asked to Contact Ramsey Police.
