Girl dragged around campsite by drunk teen

A teenager who dragged a tent around a campsite whilst a girl was inside has been placed on probation for two year.

18 year old Thomas Christopher Wood admitted affray and damaging property at Sulby Claddaghs.

At 3.15 in the morning on August 1st he started kicking and punching the tent, not realising there was a 15 year old girl inside.

She sustained head injuries as a result.

Wood also caused damage totalling £381 to the toilets.

He doesn't remember his actions but accepts he is responsible.

Wood was also ordered to pay for the toilet repairs, and was banned from purchasing alcohol for twelve months.
