Cash stolen from handbag at Port Jack

Police are investigating after around £140 in cash was stolen from a handbag.

The owner left the bag on a bench at Port Jack Glen between 3.30 and 6.00pm yesterday.

When they returned to collect the bag they found it in a nearby hedge with the cash missing.

Officers are interested in speaking with four boys around 14 years old who were in the Glen at the time.

One had shoulder length blond hair and was wearing knee length shorts with a blue floral design.
