The approach to Brandish Corner

Police are appealing for information following a crash on the Mountain Road.

The collision happened on Sunday afternoon at Brandish Corner.

A silver Kawasaki ZX6R ridden by a Douglas man and a blue Ford Focus driven by a Ramsey man were both travelling towards Douglas when they collided.

As a result the motorcyclist was taken to Noble's where he was detained with serious injuries. However he's not thought to be in a life threatening condition.
