Roads on the TT Mountain Course are set to close at 5.00pm this evening.
The first Manx Grand Prix practice gets underway, with roads re-opening by 9.00pm.
Practice is starting an hour ealier than normal due to unprecidented numbers of newcomers.
Fifty riders will be taking to the course for the first time.
