More Island residents are seeking help for drug use.
The Drug Advisory Service and Helpline has reported a 27% increase in new clients over the last twelve months.
141 people sought advice with the service having experienced problems with mephedrone, also known as plant food.
Whilst the annual report shows a huge influx of mephedrone users, problems caused by other substances are down..
Since 2007 there has been a seventy percent increase in the number of under 18s using the service.
