Sea Terminal caterers to enter receivership

The catering firm that runs the cafe and restaurant in the Sea Terminal has ceased trading and is going in to receivership.

R C Creasey Catering Limited ran the Longboat Restaurant and Cafe Bar, which closed as of Monday.

The Department of Infrastructure, which owns the building, says adverts for expressions of interest for a new catering service will be published shortly.

Until a new caterer is put in place, vending machines have been brought in temporarily.

The Department says it's disappointing that the business has had to cease trading, and the staff have lost their jobs.
