There will be an independent review into the funding of election candidates on the Isle of Man.
Chief Minister Tony Brown confirmed in May that the Council of Ministers would look into the matter.
An independent panel has been appointed to investigate, made up of recently retired High Bailiff Michael Moyle, former Chief Minister Sir Miles Walker and advocate Seth Caine.
The review is being held following the Douglas East by-election, where questions were raised over who was funding the candidates and their campaigns.
The panel's conclusions will be presented to CoMin's Governance Committee in September.
