Dunlop taken to hospital following crash

Michael Dunlop was taken to Noble's following a crash at the Southern 100 yesterday.

It's not thought the rider had any serious injuries.

He crashed in the championship race, having been one of the quickest competitors at the meet.

Ryan Farquhar won the solo championship race, with Cameron Donald second and James McBride.

Klaus Klaffenbock and Dan Sayle won the Sidecar championship.

Earlier in the day Michael Dunlop added to his wins with victory in the 600cc race.

His brother William was second in the race, and also won the 250cc race.
