MHK calls for harsher parking fines

The number of people fined for illegally parking in a disabled space almost tripled over a two year period.

207 motorists were caught in 2007, compared with 570 last year.

The figure was revealed by Home Affairs Minister Adrian Earnshaw in Tynwald.
