Sex offence accused appears in court

An Onchan man has appeared in court charged with sex offences.

20 year old Oliver Hamon is accused of having unlawful sexual intercourse with a girl under the age of 16, and committing an act of gross indecency.

The case has been committed to the Court of General Gaol.

Hamon was granted bail by the Deputy High Bailiff.

Reporting restriction were not lifted.
