Two teenagers have been jailed for a series of arson offences.
19 year old Iain Caven and a 16 year old juvenile were given 30 month custodial sentences.
The pair admitted setting fire to two cars on Andreas airfield, two barns at Ballasteen Farm in Andreas and two wheelie bins.
The cars were valued at £500 each, whilst the damage to the barns, contents and two tractors was placed at £119,751.
A cow was also killed in the fire.
They admitted they got a high level of excitement from the fire and calling the fire brigade.
They have since written to the owner of the farm and the Chief Fire Officer in Ramsey to apologise.
In passing sentence, Deemster Doyle said the case was serious and very troubling.
