Trevor and Wendy Baines have pleaded not guilty to theft and deception charges relating to nearly £1million.
The couple are accused of eight offences of the theft of credit balances totalling £925,000, and one offence of obtaining £40,000 by deception in 2008 and 2009.
They appeared alongside 29 year old Jenny Dee Holt, who pleaded not guilty to two offences of doing an act against public justice, two of falsifying or concealing documents and one of entering into an agreement.
It's alleged she committed the offences in August last year.
Trevor Baines was remanded in custody, whilst his wife and Miss Holt were bailed.
They'll stand trial from January 10th next year. Three weeks has been allocated for the proceedings.
