Teenager charged following prom assault

Police are appealing for information following an assault on Loch Promenade.

Reports suggest a fight broke out between a number of male youths outside the toilets opposite Quids Inn.

The fight, which happened between 11.30 and 11.55 Saturday 5th June, resulted in one man being assaulted.

An 18 year old from Braddan has since been charged and appeared before the Deputy High Bailiff.

Officers are still seeking witnesses to the brawl.
