Bostock out of 40km Points Race

Matthew Bostock will no longer compete in tomorrow's 40km Points Race at the Commonwealth Games.

The 25-year-old was involved in a crash during today's Scratch Race qualifying in London.

He was taken to hospital and given a CT scan which showed as positive. He will now be given an x-ray for his shoulder.

Cycling team manager Andy Roche said Matthew could possibly still compete in next weekend's road race.
