Vandals break into school minibus

An investigation is underway after a vehicle parked at one of the Island's schools was broken into.

Someone accessed the minibus, which was parked in the grounds at Ballacottier School, at around 8.20pm last night.

While in the vehicle, the person responsible set off a fire extinguisher.

Those who can help police identify those involved is asked to contact Police Headquarters on 631212.
