Fri, 11 Aug 2017

Those heading to the Royal Manx Agricultural show are being urged to allow extra time for their journeys with a high volume of traffic expected.

Police warn the event normally attracts around 18,000 visitors over the two days.

The show takes place today and tomorrow at Knockaloe Farm in Patrick between 9am and 5pm.

Officers are expecting delays around the Patrick, Peel and St John's area, and will be on point duty in a bid to keep delays to a minimum.
