The Health Minister will be asked for an update on the new patient transfer service in this month's sitting of Tynwald.

Ayre and Michael MHK Tim Baker has requested a statement from Kate Beecroft on the feedback from those who've used the new provider so far.

ComCab Liverpool took over the service last month, but some patients have been unhappy with the punctuality, quality of driving and type of vehicles used by the company.

Mrs Beecroft has admitted there have been teething problems, but insists her Department is working to fix them.

The company collects patients from the Island at the airport to take them to medical appointments in the city.
