Police are looking to speak to witnesses after a number of their vehicles were damaged in the south of the Island.

A Castletown man has already been charged with four counts of criminal damage after the windscreens of two marked police cars and two police vans were targetted last week.

The incident happened while the vehicles were parked in the police bays next to Castletown Police Station on Thursday evening.

Officers have already spoken to a number of people who were in the area at the time, but are still keen to hear from anyone who is yet to speak to police.

Anyone with information can contact Police Headquarters on 631212.
