Back to business says Bell after absence

The Chief Minister says it's "business as usual" after rumours of a supposed plot to overthrow him.

Allan Bell says speculation that Rushen MHK Juan Watterson was planning a coup needs to be side-lined.

During his absence he missed both the unveiling of the Budget and the resignation and subsequent new appointment of the Policy and Reform Minister.

He admits that his political colleagues could have been frustrated after he was off work ill for longer than expected:
