Concern over number of missed doctors' appointments

Doctors have real concerns about the number of people who are failing to turn up for their appointments.

The Department of Health and Social Care says it will now be looking into whether it should charge for them.

Minister Howard Quayle says the current system is not sustainable and is warning this could mean fees could be introduced for some services which are currently free.

However Ramsey MHK Leonard Singer says he doesn't think a charge would work:
